Manchester City’s new away kit for the 2017/2018 campaign has appeared online as fans continue to await it’s official release.
Despite launching their new home strip several weeks ago, the Citizens have yet to confirm their alternative kit for the upcoming season.
Speculation has been rife that Pep Guardiola’s men could well be wearing a shade of purple, however, another photo has appeared online that would suggest that the team could actually be wearing a burgundy away strip instead.
The sleek kit could see City wearing similar colours to ones typically associated with the likes of Burnley, West Ham United and Aston Villa, as images suggest they will be in burgundy shirts and shorts, whilst the socks appear to be a light blue colour much like the one seen on the home kit.
The club themselves have yet to announce when they will officially launch next season’s away colours, but with these continued leaks appearing online, it might not be long until we find out whether or not these images are correct and that City will be in burgundy next season.
